All rights to the news articles appearing in Yatırımlar are reserved. Any reproduction, re-publishing/distribution, conveyance by subscribers to non-subscribers of the content appearing in Yatırımlar or use thereof by the subsidiaries/affiliates of the subscriber entities without the prior consent of Yatırımlar is explicitly prohibited. Yatırımlar reserves the right to take any legal action against the violators of the above prohibitions pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Press Law.
Relevant Provisions of the Press Law:
Article 24 of the Press Law No. 5187 adopted by the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) on June 9, 2004 relating to the prohibition of "Re-publishing" and the fines foreseen for individuals who violate these prohibitions reads as follows:
"ARTICLE 24 - Individuals who re-publish news, articles or photographs previously printed in a periodical without disclosing their source shall be sentenced to pay a major fine ranging from 5 billion to 10 billion TL.
Even though the right to re-publish is reserved, those who publish such printed matter without providing due acknowledgement of the owner of the periodical shall be sentenced to pay a major fine ranging from 20 billion to 40 billion TL."
